Language shapes how we see the world. As AI and automation reshape work, we need new words to describe what's happening around us.

This glossary collects terms for the patterns we're seeing but haven't named yet: the subtle shifts in power, identity, and judgment that emerge when intelligent systems enter the workplace.

Some terms are warnings. Others are observations. All are invitations to notice what's changing before it becomes invisible.

Because once we have a word for something, we can talk about it. And once we can talk about it, we can decide what to do about it.
